PITTSBURGH, Penn. (CBS 58) -- The Green Bay Packers unofficially kick off the season in Pittsburgh against the Steelers Thursday night, Aug. 13. There, Green Bay will look across the field and see a few familiar faces in Mike McCarthy, Aaron Rodgers, TJ Watt and more.

It's also the first look at the Packers new defense under first year defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon. And while the Packers won't be blitzing on every play and play it close to the vest, it will be fun to see who makes plays against Pittsburgh, as the Packers offensive line finds out on a daily basis in practice.

CBS 58's Lance Allan asked Sean Rhyan, Packers center, "Is it a fun test?"

"Yeah, good thing I don't have a mic on me. You probably wouldn't think that," Rhyan said with a laugh. "It's definitely one of those things where you're frustrated during team because obviously we wanna pick everything up. At the end of the day it's like if we are picking that up? We'll be good. So it's fun but it's also frustrating but if you're not frustrated you don't care type of deal."

The Packers vs. Steelers game kicks off at 6 p.m.
