SAUKVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police have identified the man killed in a crash Wednesday morning as 38-year-old Nicholas Schrott of Milwaukee.
The driver of the Meijer semi-truck was 57-year-old Monty Cox of Michigan, who was uninjured.
The crash remains under investigation.

SAUKVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A driver has died after crashing into a disabled semi truck parked on the shoulder of I-43 northbound at Exit 96 in Saukville. It happened Wednesday morning, Nov. 6 around 8 a.m.
According to the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office, the driver in a 2009 Pontiac Vibe was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the semi was not injured.
Road conditions are believed to be a factor.
The crash remains under investigation.
The Saukville Police Department, Saukville Fire and Rescue, and Wisconsin State Patrol assisted with the crash.

The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says the crash happened near the Exit 96 off-ramp.
The highway is shut down to one lane as the crash is under investigation.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
