5 people hurt in overnight crash near 27th and Lisbon, driver arrested

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An overnight crash involving two cars in Milwaukee left five young people injured.
It happened around 2 a.m. near 27th and Lisbon.
According to police, an 18-year-old driving a stolen vehicle -- with four passengers inside -- was traveling at a high speed when he collided with another vehicle making a turn.
The vehicle that was hit ended up striking a building.
The passengers inside the stolen vehicle were all injured.
- 16-year-old sustained life-threatening injuries
- 16-year-old sustained serious injuries
- 14-year-old sustained non-fatal injuries
- 12-year-old sustained serious injuries
No other injuries were reported.
The 18-year-old driver of the stolen vehicle was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and then taken into custody.
