Outdoor ice bar returns to the Corners of Brookfield

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An outdoor ice bar will return to the Corners of Brookfield for a second year of frigid fun. 

The 19 ft., 10,000 lb. ice bar, featuring ice-carved photo frames, games, and specialty drinks, will begin construction the third week in January. It's located in Market Square in front of BelAir Cantina. 

New this year, two giant ice luges will be sculpted, allowing for a specialty and icy drink demonstration with every shot poured. Also new this year, groups can reserve a VIP ice bar experience, including 90 minutes in a private heated booth for up to six guests, complimentary drink package and a blanket.

The ice bar will open to the public on Jan. 20. It will remain open as long as Mother Nature allows.
