One dead, two injured after car crash in Kenosha County

BRISTOL, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Officials on Thursday, March 25, identified the victim of a fatal crash in Bristol, as Troy B. Martin of Milwaukee. 

Authorities believe speed is a factor in the crash.

BRISTOL, Wis. (CBS 58) --- The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department responded to a fatal two-car crash on Tuesday, March 23.

It happened in the 13900 block of highway C on Wilmot Road around 9:30 p.m.

Officials say the crash involved a silver 2007 Toyota Camry and a gray 2017 Ford Focus.

The driver of the Toyota Camry and the only occupant suffered fatal injuries after being transported to a hospital.

The two occupants of the Ford Focus were also transported to a local for serious injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The Village of Bristol Fire and Rescue, the Village of Salem Lakes Fire and Rescue, and the Village of Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue also responded to the accident.
