One Car Rollover Accident Leads to a Felony 4th Offense OWI

A one car rollover accident lead to a felony 4th offense OWI for a 58-year-old man.
Rock County Deputies responded to the one-car rollover accident in Union Township. Upon arrival, it was learned that there was one occupant who was injured and needed extrication from the vehicle.
Initial investigation at the scene revealed the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Justin Hoffer, 58-years-old, from Edgerton was arrested for OWI 4th Offense and transported to a local hospital for his injuries.
Hoffer is currently listed in serious but stable condition.
