Milwaukee police: 1 dead, 2 injured shooting near 28th and Congress

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person is dead and two others are hurt following a shooting near 28th and Congress Streets in Milwaukee. 

Authorities responded to the scene at approximately 11:22 a.m. on Monday, May 30. 

According to Milwaukee police, the shooting stemmed from an argument. Police say the victims were outside when a suspect in a vehicle approached and fire several shots. 

Officials identified the victim who was killed as a 21-year-old Milwaukee man. 

The other victims were identified as a 23-year-old Milwaukee man who was transported to a hospital for treatment. A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
