Oconomowoc Common Council approves plan for ballpark project

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Oconomowoc Common Council approved a plan to build a 2,500-seat baseball stadium and a 43,000 sq. foot indoor health and wellness training center.
The stadium will have a turf field. Construction is set to begin in late Spring 2020. Opening day is set for Summer 2021.
According to a press release, the stadium will also be the future home of a summer collegiate baseball team.
