Oconomowoc Area High School principal resigns, several changes throughout district

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) – Oconomowoc Area High School’s principal Joseph Moylan resigned on Wednesday.

According to a release from the school district, the resignation went into effect on Wednesday. The release says Moylan is ready for the next chapter in his life and is planning to take time to write and do service work.

Moylan worked at the school for 16 years. The district says it wishes him the best moving forward.

Moylan will be replaced by Nature Hill Intermediate School principal Jason Curtis. Chuck Olson, the current associate principal at Silver Lake Intermediate School, will move to NHI to serve as the principal. The district’s elementary curriculum coordinator, Sara Lang, will replace Olson as interim associate principal at SLI.

Curtis’ last day at NHI will be March 2. He will begin at OHS on March 5. Olson and Lang’s first days will be March 12.
