Nurse charged with sexual assault involving inmate

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A correctional staff nurse has been charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault of an inmate. 

A criminal complaint out of Racine County says Jeremy Deppisch, who worked at Ellsworth Correctional, had sexual interactions with an inmate on three occasions, all happening at the Health Services Unit. 

According to the complaint, on at least one occasion there was another nurse present.
