MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- No officers will be charged in the police shooting death of Jermaine Claybrooks.
Claybrooks was shot and killed last March.
Police say he was the target of a drug investigation.
Two police officers originally chose not to testify in the investigation and invoked their fifth amendment rights.
On Monday, The District Attorney's Office said the officers reversed course and will not face charges.
Claybrooks' family filed a federal civil rights lawsuit in November.
