Nine arrested for drinking and driving on Milwaukee highway system this weekend

Continuing with the Operation Drive Sober initiative, the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office put out an aggressive Driving Under the Influence (DUI) prevention effort this weekend. The result of the operation was nine arrests, including two repeat offenders.

The average alcohol reading of the arrested individuals was 0.16.

The two repeat offenders were a 30-year-old man from Milwaukee and a 30-year-old woman from Port Washington.
