Woman shot dead in Racine, police search for shooter.
Racine, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine police and fire report they responded to the roundabout at Spring and State about a woman lying in the street on Saturday, April 15, around 5 a.m.
When they arrived, they found a 36-year-old woman dead at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound.
Authorities say this was an isolated incident between the shooter and the victim. The shooter is still at large.
The investigation is active and on-going at this time.
Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this incident.
