NEWaukee Night Market to return for sixth year

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The NEWaukee Night Market will be returning for a sixth year.

The free, outdoor event showcases a variety of local Milwaukee vendors, performers, and artists.

The event is held monthly during the summer.

It will be held on West Wisconsin Avenue between Plankinton and Vel R. Phillips Avenue from 5 to 10 p.m. on June 12, July 10, August 14, and September 11.

NEWaukee founded the Night Market in the summer of 2014 with the goal of creating a free, vibrant, safe, and interactive place in downtown Milwaukee for people to experience culture at night.

NEWaukee is looking for local vendors to sell their wares at the Night Market. Vendor applications for the 2019 season are now open and are due by midnight on Friday, March 15th. Click here to apply.
