MILWAUKEE (CBSD 58) -- A new t-shirt from the Urban Ecology Center has a cool design to reflect its unique designer.
On Monday, Aug. 23, 2021, CBS 58 talked to Rich Garza.
Garza is a Pewaukee resident living with Autism, and now he's a t-shirt designer too.
It was created as part of the Island of Brilliance program.
