National Day of Prayer Held at Italian Community Center

Thursday marks the annual 'National Day of Prayer.' 

Each year Governor Walker brings together spiritual and other community leaders for a prayer breakfast.   This morning's message was delivered during an event at the Italian Conference Center in Milwaukee.

“We may not know about it but there is someone maybe back at work, maybe a friend at school, maybe someone you'll meet tonight. there is going to be something on your heart. that God is calling you to do something, to pray for someone to send them something. you'd be amazed to realized how that little bit will make a difference in,” said Walker.

House Speaker Paul Ryan also addressed the crowd via teleconference.
