Milwaukee Fire Department highlights challenges for first responders
MEQUON, Wis. (CBS 58) – Milwaukee Public School students spent the day outside the classroom learning about cultural pride and leadership.
The students spent the day at a special screening of the film Black Panther. The film depicts an African American superhero and features a predominantly African American cast.
Students say they’re inspired by the film.
Students, chaperones, and Milwaukee Alderman Khalif Rainey held a talkback session after the film where they discussed important themes from the movie.
