MPD seeks suspect wanted for illegally entering vehicle

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for illegally entering a vehicle around 12:40 a.m. on July 25.
The suspect is described as a 25-year-old Black man standing 5'11", 170 pounds, with a muscular build and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a white tank top and white shorts.
