MPD long-term missing: Vanessa Smith last seen in 1990

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are requesting the public's assistance in locating long-term missing person, 64-year-old Vanessa L. Smith. 

Smith also has a maiden name of Blacks. 

She was last seen on Dec. 31, 1990 near 23rd and Wisconsin. 

Smith is described as an African-American woman who is 5'01 and 130 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes. She is also known to wear wigs.

Milwaukee police say Smith is known to travel to California.
