MPD long-term missing: Dwayne Hill, 50, last seen in 1995 on boat in Lake Michigan

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are requesting the public's assistance in locating long-term missing person Dwayne Hill. 

Hill was last seen Oct. 2, 1995, in Milwaukee on a boat in Lake Michigan. 

Hill is described as a African American male, 50 years of age, 5’3”, 145 pounds with black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black leather cap, black jacket, black pants and a thin gold chain.
