MPD: 16-year-old Sean Carter last seen in mid-February has been found safe

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say Sean Carter, the 16-year-old who was considered a long-term missing person, has been located and is safe.
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help to find a long-term missing 15-year-old boy.
Police say Sean Carter went missing on Feb. 15 and has not been seen since.
Police describe Sean as an African-American male, standing 5'9" tall, weighing 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Sean's whereabouts is urged to contact Milwaukee police at 414-935-7401.
