MPD Investigates Fatal Shooting

A 26-year-old Milwaukee man is dead following a double shooting late Tuesday afternoon. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, Kirby Clark was sitting in a vehicle in the area of N 10th and W Burleigh Streets when he was shot. A second man was also shot in the same incident. Both of the men were taken to a local hospital where Clark died of his wounds. The second man is being treated for his injuries and is expected to survive. The MPD is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
