MPD investigating afternoon shooting near 9th and Arthur

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- A 17-year-old man was shot Saturday afternoon in Milwaukee, but the circumstances surrounding the shooting are still unclear.   According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the 17-year-old is not cooperating with the investigation.   The shooting happened around 1:15 PM in the area of S 9th Street and W Arthur Avenue.   The youth was taken to Children’s Hospital by the Milwaukee Fire Department where he is being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.    The MPD is continuing to seek a suspect in the incident.
