MPD: 29-year-old man strangled to death near 28th and Wells

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating after a 29-year-old man was strangled to death near 28th and Wells on Thursday, April 15.
It happened just before 11:30 a.m.
Police say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect, a 31-year-old man, was arrested.
A homicide investigation is ongoing.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
