MPD: 16-year-old seriously injured in shooting near 40th and Thurston

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is currently investigating a shooting which left a 16-year-old injured.
It happened around 1:46 p.m. Thursday near 40th and Thurston.
The teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Police are still searching for suspects.
