Motorcyclist sustains life-threatening injuries after crash in Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One man is in serious condition after a crash in Mt. Pleasant on Saturday, Aug. 31.
According to the Mount Pleasant Police Department, officers were dispatched to the area near State Trunk Highway 32 and Sheridan.
Upon arrival, it was learned that the motorcycle was traveling north when it collided with a vehicle attempting to turn.
The 18-year-old motorcyclist from Illinois was ejected during the crash. He was transported to Froedtert in Milwaukee by Flight for Life.
The operator of the vehicle is a 61-year-old female from Mount Pleasant.
The investigation is ongoing, according to police.
