Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Hit & Run Crash

Milwaukee Police say a motorcyclist riding down Mitchell Monday night was struck by a vehicle.  The man in his 20's was on a 2008 Taizhou motorcycle when police say he went into the far right lane to go around cars stopped at a red light at Muskego Avenue and went through the intersection.  A silver SUV slammed into the driver.  Police say that driver stopped briefly then drove off.  The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with very serious injures.  Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
