Mother arrested after allegedly driving kids home while intoxicated, kicking Brown Deer police officer
BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 37-year-old woman is arrested for allegedly driving her kids home from school while intoxicated and kicking an officer.
Brown Deer Police say around 3:30 p.m. they received a call from a 14-year-old girl that said her mom was intoxicated and drove her 8-year-old brother and 17-year-old sister home from school.
Officers went to the woman's home and during the investigation say the woman kicked an officer.
She was arrested for battery to a law enforcement officer, operating while intoxicated - 2nd offense with a passenger under 16, operating while revoked-alcohol related, and resisting.
The woman was taken to the station, booked, and taken to the Milwaukee County Jail. Charges are being reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
