Missing Milwaukee Woman's Uncle Speaks Out; Man in Question Faces More Charges

(Milwaukee)--The uncle of a missing Milwaukee woman speaks out for the first time as the last person reported to see her makes several court appearances.

Kris Zocco entered a not guilty plea on Tuesday to 17 child pornography charges. These were in addition to pending felony drug charges as well. Investigators found the porn while searching his east side apartment for tips in Kelly Dwyer's disappearance nearly a month ago.

The judge kept Zocco's bail at $ 250 thousand under the conditions he must give up his passport and cannot leave the state of Wisconsin once he gets out behind bars.

Meantime Dwyer's retired uncle, John Van Leur, says he'll continue to make the trip from Chicago to follow Zocco's court proceedings while the search for his niece is ongoing as well.
