MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The newly-crowned Miss America, Wausau's own Grace Stanke, joined CBS 58 on Friday, Dec. 16 to discuss her victory.

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (CBS 58) -- Grace Stanke, a native of Wausau, Wisconsin, has been crowned Miss America 2023.
Stanke, 20, was Miss Wisconsin 2022 and was crowned in June.
Outside of school, Stanke plays the violin and performed for the judges on Thursday evening.
Stanke attends UW-Madison and was the first nuclear engineering student to compete in the Miss America pageant.
