MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With National Sleep Awareness Week being underway, many individuals are looking for ways to improve their sleep habits and feel more rested during the day.
We spoke to MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, Patricia Chavez-Columbo on Tuesday, March 14 to learn some tips and recommendations for better sleep.
Chavez-Columbo highlighted the importance of sleep and its impact on overall health, especially honing in on the amount of time that adults should aim to sleep each night, as well as the amount for children.
