Milwaukee's Rufus King High School Holds Pep Rally for Team

Students at Milwaukee's Rufus King High School are getting fired up for the big game tomorrow.

They packed a pep rally on Thursday morning.

It was one last hurrah before the varsity girls’ basketball team competes in the state tournament.

The Lady Generals have won every game.

It's the team's first appearance at state in about five years.

This makes this ride to the top so special for all the players who've never competed on the big stage before.

The Lady Generals face off against undefeated Appleton North tomorrow night.

The game will air on WMLW.

We are airing the state semi-finals tonight and tomorrow and the championship games Saturday.
