Update: August 8, 2017
Milwaukee Police have arrested the man seen in surveillance video snooping around a woman's house before stealing her purse and gun.
Police say they arrested a 49-year-old suspect in the home invasion that happened near 70th and Ruby on August 2. Charges have been referred to the District Attorney's Office.
CBS 58 spoke to the woman last week who said she left her door unlocked while she was cleaning her basement. The suspect then allegedly snuck in and after a brief confrontation took off with her purse and gun.

A Milwaukee woman is trying to track down a robbery suspect.
Rebecca Doberstein says she was getting ready to sell her home near 70th and Ruby just after midnight on August 2. She was cleaning out her basement and left the back door unlocked. That's when she says a man walked right into her kitchen and stole her purse and gun.
"I politely told him he should probably leave. By the time I came up and went to grab everything and realized the bag he was holding was my purse and the gun was also gone off the table."
Rebecca captured surveillance video of the suspect.
The robbery suspect is a black man last seen wearing a dark colored baseball hat with a light blue rim, a red, white and blue t-shirt and dark colored shorts.
Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call Milwaukee Police at 414-935-7360.
