MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee's War Memorial Center hosted VetFest Thursday night.
It's an event that's billed as an annual celebration of service. The event had lots of family-friendly activities, like an obstacle course, postcard-writing station, and live music.
It also included a special autograph station.
"We have a veteran autograph station. Currently we have a WWII veteran station, so you can come by and get an autograph," said Events Manager Jennifer Wallner. "We have a retail vendor area so it's all veterans who make crafts, sell artwork, they have their own shopping area so you can shop with them."
The Brewers racing sausages also made an appearance at the event.
