Milwaukee Time Warner customers will go to Charter

MILWAUKEE-If all goes according to plan, every single Time Warner Cable Customer in the Milwaukee area will soon be shifted to Charter Communications.
It's part of the fall out from Comcast's planned takeover of Time Warner.
A Charter spokesman told CBS 58 News Monday night that \"sitting here 9 months out and promising nothing will change is foolish.\"
