MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee small business owner got the chance to attend the State of the Union address last week. Kara Pitt-D'Andrea runs a nonprofit, the Renaissance Child Development Center, and she was Congresswoman Gwen Moore's guest to the address. Kara joined CBS 58 to share more about her experience.
