Milwaukee County - Sheriff David Clarke says he cannot comment in details about the lawsuit that involves a Franklin woman who claims a deputy injured in a car crash, and tried to cover it up. The Sheriff also shared his views on the controversial music 'No Justice No Peace\". The music video is aimed at the separation between law enforcement agencies and city neighborhoods. Sheriff Clarke says it's up to law enforcement agencies to build strong relationships in the community.
