MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee's warmer weather should perk up the attention of area homeowners, as spring selling season has arrived.
Realtor Ginger Lazovik of Falk Ruvin Gallagher team joined us on Tuesday, April 11 to discuss insights on sprucing up homes to increase value and curb appeal.
Lazovik, an interior design expert, recommends considering cost-effective home improvements to attract buyers. Suggestions include updating paint colors inside and out, creating a welcoming patio space and incorporating pastels and flowers in interior design.
The Milwaukee-based realtor also highlighted outdoor accessories, such as rug samples and melamine dishes, to enhance the appeal of outdoor living spaces. She feels that spring's pleasant weather and families' desire to settle before the new school year make it an ideal time for home improvements and sales.
