MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The victim of the shooting has been identified as 33-year-old Leshon Christen, Jr. of Milwaukee.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened earlier Sunday, Oct. 12. near N. Vel R. Philips Ave. and W. Clarke St. 

According to law enforcement, a suspect fired shots and struck a 33-year-old who sustained fatal injuries. 

Milwaukee police are looking for an unknown suspect.
