Milwaukee Police Seeking Driver in Pedestrian Crash

Police say that around 11:30 p.m. on January 20 a 25-year-old woman was hit by a car at the intersection of N. 17th and W. Wells. 

The victim is an international student studying at Marquette University's Graduate School of Management.

The victim was traveling northbound across Wells, the car was traveling westbound.

The car never stopped after hitting the woman. 

Marquette University says their campus ministry and international education staff are at the hospital with the student, who is being treated for serious injuries. 

Police believe the vehicle is a grey or silver Chevy Lumina. The vehicle may have damage on the windshield and front-end.
