MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that left a 34-year-old dead near the corner of 42nd and Kaul on Tuesday, July 8. The victim sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police said the shooting happened at around 10:22 p.m. The is still active as officers search for unknown or known suspects connected to the shooting.
