Milwaukee police seek parents, guardians of child found near 28th and Custer

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in locating the parents or guardians of a lost child.

Officials say the boy, who is non-verbal, was found near N. 28th and Custer Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21. 

He's believed to be about 3 years old, 3' tall, 35 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The child is wearing a white Christmas pajama onesie with Christmas trees and bells.
