MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say Miranda Dashner has been located, and she is safe.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) is requesting the public's assistance in locating critically missing 11-year-old girl. 

According to police, Miranda Dashner was last seen near N. 40th St and W. Burleigh St.

She is described as a white female and approximately 5 feet tall, with short, brown hair. She was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and army colored pants.
