UPDATE: 41-year-old man wanted for homicide arrested near 44th and Marion following tactical situation

UPDATED: MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police took a 41-year-old Milwaukee man, wanted for homicide into custody without incident.
The investigation remains ongoing.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department responded to the area of 44th and Marion around 4 p.m. on Tuesday to check for a wanted suspect.
Upon officers arrival, the suspect refused to exit the home.
The Tactical Enforcement Unit and Crisis Negotiation Unit are on scene working to resolve the situation at this time.
