MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police say Robert Carter was found safe.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police need help to find a man described as critically missing.
Robert Carter was last seen at his home near West Crawford and Wilbur Avenue around 9:00 a.m. Tuesday.
He is 58 years old and 5'9" tall. He was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt and has a parrot tattoo on the right side of his neck.
Police say he has a mental illness and can become violent with strangers.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
