Critically missing Milwaukee teen and infant son found safe

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The Milwaukee Police Department confirmed Thursday that 17-year-old Navaeh Austin and her 4-month-old son, Kareem Austin, have been found safe.
Police had asked for the public's help after the two were last seen Wednesday evening in the 2900 block of West Chambers Street.
No additional details about where or when they were found were released.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a critically missing 17-year-old girl and her 4-month-old son.
Police are searching for Navaeh Austin and her son, Kareem Austin. They were last seen shortly before 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, in the 2900 block of West Chambers Street.
Navaeh is described as a Black girl who is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes and a nose ring. Police said her natural hair was worn in a ponytail with blonde-dyed ends.
She was last seen wearing a tight black Lululemon zip-up jacket and black leggings.
Kareem was last seen wearing either a dinosaur or basketball onesie.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to contact the Milwaukee Police Department.
The investigation remains active.
