Milwaukee police release video from fatal officer-involved shooting at 91st and Silver Spring

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) released a community briefing video Friday regarding the officer-involved shooting on Feb. 21.

Thirty-one-year-old Herman Lucas was killed in the incident near 91st and W. Silver Spring Drive.

Police say the officer involved remains on administrative duty pending the outcome of an investigation by the Milwaukee Area Investigative Team. The Waukesha Police Department is the lead agency.
