Milwaukee police parking lot shooting near 51st and Villard Ave.

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating the shooting of a 37-year-old man near the intersection of 51st and Villard Ave. Police say the man was shot in the parking lot of the Villard Inn Tavern shortly after 5:00 p.m.
The 37-year-old victim was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
