Milwaukee Police need help identifying witness in "sudden death incident"

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a witness in a sudden death incident.
According to police, the body of 19-year-old Halie Webb was found outside of a home in the 4800 block of N 21st Street on September 15.
Police believe Webb died from an overdose.
The victim and the witness were last seen in a silver minivan on September 14 near 56th and Burleigh.
