Milwaukee police investigating 'suspicious death' near Buffum and Chambers

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a "suspicious death" that was called in on Wednesday, June 9.
Authorities say they responded to the area near Buffum and Chambers around 6:15 p.m. to conduct a welfare check and located a woman deceased.
The victim is presumed to be in her late 20s. Identification is pending and the circumstances surrounding the death are currently under investigation.
